中国土壤pH对微生物四醚膜脂分布特征及陆源输入指数BIT的影响 被引量:6

摘要 细菌支链GDGTs(bGDGTs)与古菌类异戊二烯GDGTs(iGDGTs)广泛分布于中国不同气候带土壤中,其相对含量变化主要受土壤pH控制.土壤pH在8.0以下时,细菌bGDGTs一般较古菌iGDGTs含量高;而在pH大于8.0的盐碱化土壤中,古菌iGDGTs占优势,并且以无环的GDGTV为标志物的嗜盐古菌丰度明显升高.古菌iGDGTs相对于细菌bGDGTs丰度的高低被定义为RAI指数.RAI指数随土壤pH的增大而逐渐减小,表明古菌iGDGTs相对于细菌bGDGTs丰度随着土壤pH增加而逐渐升高.RAI指数与土壤pH之间的线性关系,为重建古土壤pH提供了一种新的途径.陆源输入指数BIT值随土壤pH的增大而减小,这一特点反映出,在利用海洋沉积物BIT值估算陆源输入时,必须考虑陆源土壤的pH.在有较多陆源输入时,海洋沉积物的TEXB86B不能准确地反映表层海水温度.
