颈动脉内膜切除术中应用补片的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 颈动脉内膜切除术（carotid endarterectomy,CEA）是预防颈动脉粥样硬化狭窄导致缺血性卒中的重要方法。1953年,Debakey为颈动脉闭塞的患者进行首例CEA手术后,经过20世纪90年代的几项大型多中心临床试验的证实,CEA可有效地预防卒中的发生、降低死亡率和改善生活质量[1-3]。经历了近60年的临床应用,CEA技术已日趋成熟。
