青年前交通动脉囊状动脉瘤复发一例

摘要 患者男,19岁。因＂突发头痛伴呕吐2 d＂于2012年1月收入江苏省苏北人民医院神经外科。入院前2 d患者无明显诱因突发头痛,为持续性胀痛,以后枕部为重,无放射痛,有头晕,无视物旋转,伴恶心、呕吐数次,呕吐物为胃内容物。
