摘要
以转IPT(异戊烯基转移酶)基因中棉10号和非转基因受体棉花为材料,利用Solexa测序技术检测两个棉花品种基因表达的不同,结果在转IPT基因和非转基因棉花株系中共得到719个上调表达基因和499个下调表达基因,经分析筛选出13个细胞分裂素介导的差异表达的衰老相关基因,其中有2个基因参与细胞分裂素信号转导途径,5个基因参与转录调控途径,6个基因参与衰老相关的新陈代谢途径。该实验结果阐述了细胞分裂素延缓衰老的主要途径,并为进一步研究这些差异表达基因在延缓衰老中的重要功能奠定了基础。
Gene expression profiles of Transgenic cotton lines with IPT gene Zhongrnian 10 and non-transgenic cotton lines were performed by Solexa sequencing. 719 up-regulated genes and 499 down-regulated genes in transgenic and non-transgenic cotton lines were obtained. After analysis, 13 differentially expressed senescence- associated genes mediated by cytokinin were selected. Among them, 2 genes were involved in signal transductions of cytokinin; 5 genes were involved in transcriptional regulations; and 6 genes were involved in other senescence- associated metabolic pathways. The research explained the major pathways of cytokinins delaying leaf senescence and would lay the foundation for further investigating the function of these genes in anti-senescence.
