摘要
目的:回顾性分析84例乳腺癌患者治疗过程的营养状况,为乳腺癌患者进行营养支持提供指导。方法:运用回顾性调查的方法,对乳腺癌患者手术前后、每疗程化疗前后的人体测量指标、生化指标、血液学指标进行分析。结果:手术前后及化疗前后患者TP、ALB、HB、TLC及BMI均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:手术、化疗均会造成乳腺癌患者的营养状况下降,但不同治疗时期表现营养状况下降的指标各有侧重。
Objective:The nutriture of breast cancer patients was evaluated retrospectively to discuss the importance and necessity of nutritional support during the whole process of treatment.Methods: The retrospective survey method was used before and after surgery for breast cancer patients,before and after each course of chemotherapy.Results: Before and after chemotherapy,total protain(TP),albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),lmphocyte count(TLC),body mass index(BMI) decreased significantly(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Surgery,chemotherapy can decrease the nutritional status of patients with breast cancer.
