摘要
不同程度量化水淬可在35CrMo钢中得到粗板条状马氏体、细板条状马氏体、针状马氏体、隐针马氏体组织或与残余奥氏体复合的不同组织,也可以通过量化水淬来调整钢的硬化层、表面硬度、性能指标、淬火变形量,从而既能满足性能要求又能严格控制热处理变形,并且对降低生产成本效果显著。
