摘要
目的为了解壮、汉族大学生身体成分发展规律,运用生物电阻抗分析法,测量得出百色市壮、汉族大学生身体成分的数值,探讨其身体成分分布的特点与规律。方法整体随机抽取百色市在校就读20~23岁壮、汉族健康大学生共699例(壮族362例,汉族337例)作为研究对象,采用国产的BC-532人体脂肪测量仪,测量广西百色市壮族、汉族大学生各年龄组体脂肪率、肌肉量、瞬间卡路里、基础代谢率、身高和体重。结果①汉族男、女同年龄组比较:女性体脂肪率明显高于男性(P<0.01);男性体水分率、基础代谢率、肌肉量、瞬间卡路里、身高和体重明显高于女性(P<0.01)②男性同一年龄组壮、汉族比较:20~岁组基础代谢率、肌肉量和体重为汉族高于壮族(P<0.05);21~岁组基础代谢率、身高和体重为汉族高于壮族(P<0.05)。结论汉族男、女大学生身体成分,同性别同年龄组比较,各测量项目各年龄组间差异有统计学意义;壮、汉族同一年龄组同性别比较,男性20~岁组基础代谢率、肌肉量和体重,21~岁组身高差异有统计学意义,其余差异无统计学意义。
Objective To understand the law of development of the Zhuang and Han Students body composition,the measurment were obtained of Baise city of Guangxi Zhuang and Han students'body composition values by using bioelectrical impedance analysis,to explore the characteristics and laws of the distribution of their body composition.Methods The overall random sample of 20 to 23-year-old Zhuang and Han students in Baise city in school a total of 699 cases(Zhuang 362 cases,Han 337 cases) as the object of study.Baise city of Guangxi Zhuang and Han students in each age group percentage of body fat,muscle mass,instant calories,basal metabolic rate,height and weight measured by domestic BC-532 body fat meter.Results ① The Han Chinese men and women the same age group comparison: the female percentage of body fat was significantly higher than men(P0.01);male body water rate,basal metabolic rate,muscle mass,instant calories,height and weight was significantly higher than women(P0.01).② the same age group male Zhuang and Han comparison: the age group 20 to the basal metabolic rate,muscle mass and weight of the Han ethnic group was higher than Zhuang(P0.05);21-year-old group Han basal metabolic rate,height and weight was higher than Zhuang(P0.05).Conclusion ② The body composition of Han Chinese university students of the same sex the same age group,all measurements in each age group difference was significant.Zhuang and Han nationalities in the same age group and gender comparison,the male age group 20 basal metabolic rate,muscle mass and weight,the height of 21 age group differences were significant,the rest were no significant differences.
