能量代谢激素与糖尿病合并骨质疏松研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 糖尿病和骨质疏松两种慢性疾病的发病率在逐年增加,流行病学研究发现老年糖尿病患者的骨折风险增加,更多的学者开始关注这一现象,由于糖尿病合并骨质疏松的发病机制复杂,研究结果不一致。糖尿病导致骨折风险增加的危险因素包括骨骼和非骨骼因素。
