高校辅导员队伍建设的困境及对策研究

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Team Constructions of the College Counselors

当前,高校普遍都在进行大刀阔斧的改革,奋力提升自己的办学形象,提高学校的办学层次;但在基本教学、科研水平能力不断提升的同时,却很少拿出精力用于加强辅导员队伍的建设。目前辅导员队伍建设很难满足新形势下改进大学生思想政治教育工作的需要,存在一些难以解决的问题和困难,尤其在辅导员职业化、专业化和专家化方面问题凸显。理清辅导员建设若干问题的来龙去脉,并针对专家化问题进行阐述,以期获得有效的解决办法。

At present, a lot of colleges and Universities are innovating to promote their images, but they ignore the construction of college counselors. Therefore, it is diffioult to satisfy the students＇ ideological and political education. Problems still exist, especially for the professionalized college counselors. In view of the problems, this paper illustrates some problems with the construction of the professional college counselors and put forward some solutions.
