中国古代品德考察方法及其对当代高校学生工作的启示

中国古代为国家和社会选拔优秀人才的过程中,道德品质一直备受关注。中国古代学者针对考察人的品德问题提出过很多深刻有益的见解。当代的大学学生工作,也面临对学生思想品德素质进行评价的问题。古代关于道德评价的思想和手段,对更好地评价学生和开展学生工作有着重要的借鉴意义。通过对传统品德考察方法进行研究梳理,探讨其在当代大学学生工作中的具体应用。

In ancient China, morality was valued greatly for the selection of talented people. Therefore, Chinese scholars put forward many useful views for evaluating morality. In the modern society, we also face the problem of how to evaluate college students＇ morality. This study believes that the Chinese traditional ways and ideas provide good reference for us, so it is necessary for us to explore the ways of applying them in the work of students＇ affairs.
