河南省产业结构现状及政策研究

Study on the Situation & Policies of the Industrial Structure Development in Henan Province

加快经济发展方式的转变,推进经济转型升级,积极探索河南特色的科学发展之路,是河南省实现新一轮发展、加快中原经济区建设的一项长期而紧迫的任务。加快产业结构优化升级,发展现代产业体系,是推进河南省经济转型的核心内容,三次产业只有不断优化协调,才能实现河南省由经济大省向经济强省迈进。要改变河南省产业结构现状,就需要制定河南省产业结构中长期发展战略,发展高新技术产业,提高企业的自主创新能力,提高河南省经济可持续发展的能力。

It is a pressing task to change the economic developing mode, promote and upgrade the transition in economy with a sustainable development in Henan for the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone and a new development in the long run. Optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and developing modern industrial systems are the core of economic developing mode change for Henan province. Only by the reasonable coordination in thrice industries, there could be a chance for Henan province to be better in economic development. In order to change the industrial structure in Henan province, strategies of medium- and long-range development of industrial structure should be made to develop the hi-tech industries and improve the self-innovation, finally to enhance the capabilities of sustainable economic development.
