基于就业的会计学专业实践能力培养研究

Research on Employment-oriented Practice Ability Training in Accounting Professional

会计学专业实践能力的培养关系到学生综合素质的发展以及毕业后的岗位适应性。目前,会计实践教育中存在实践教学内容和形式单一、教师实践经验不足、对实践的评价规则不完善等问题。高校应切实采取措施,解决会计学专业毕业生动手能力不足的问题。

Accounting practical ability training is related to the development of students＇ comprehensive quality and post adaptability after graduation. There are some problems in accounting practice education. The content and the form are single; teachers lack of practical experience; evaluation system is not perfect and so on. In order to improve the teaching quality of accounting students, this article analyzes the problems and gives suggestions for improvement combining with teaching practice.
