摘要
国际录测井工程技术服务的垄断性决定了中国企业进入海外市场的难度。江汉油田录测井海外项目运作的实践表明,录测井服务目标市场的选取、项目前期的运作、项目实施过程中的管理是关键。通过对项目前期运作中的市场信息研究、进入方式、人力与装备资源的配置,实施过程中的组织机构、设备、后勤和商务保障等所作的阐述,认为HSE工作对海外项目能否成功实施具有重要作用,雇员属地化与企业文化的"融合"是海外项目顺利运行的根本保障。为此,应根据市场需求及安全风险评估,以企业自身优势切入市场,在管理上下功夫,技术上精益求精,以质量求胜。
The monopoly of the international mud logging and well logging in engineering and technical services determines the difficulty of the Chinese enterprises to enter overseas markets.The practical overseas operation of the projects of Jianghan Oilfield Mud Logging and Well logging shows the keys are the selection of the target market of mud logging and well logging services,the operation of the pre-project and the management of the project implementation process.Through the study of the market information in the early operation of the project,the authors described the mode of entry,the allocation of human and equipment resources,the organization,equipment,logistics,business protection etc.,and thought that HSE work plays an important role in the successful implementation of overseas projects,the integration of employees' localization and corporate culture is the fundamental guarantee for the overseas projects to run smoothly.For this reason,the enterprises should base on market demand and security risk assessment to enter the market with their own superiorities,the efforts in management,excellence in technology,thus accessing to markets with high quality.
