The application of PIPELINE software in real-time monitoring in gasfield gathering and transportation

PIPELINE软件是一种离线或者在线的集输管网仿真模拟计算软件,不但可以用来测试和评价输气管道的设计或进行实际操作参数的设置,还能与气田集输实时监控系统进行有机结合,为集输管网运行提供辅助专家诊断分析。以大牛地气田集输生产实际为例,进行管网水力、热力计算,天然气调峰正常工况分析和用户中断用气工况模拟分析,结果表明,该仿真模拟软件和实时监控系统有机结合,改变了气田根据人工计算或凭经验来预测天然气集输管网的运行情况和调峰的现状,不但降低了劳动强度,而且使预测效果得到了根本性提升,排除了管网运行管理的安全隐患。PIPELINE软件不仅方便了管网的运营管理,还避免了生产调度上的盲目性,为科学地管理气田集输管网系统提供了专家式的理论指导。

PIPELINE software is an offline or online pipeline network simulation software for pipeline gathering and transportation.Not only the software can be used to test and evaluate the design or the settings of actual operational parameters of gas pipeline,but also can combine with the real-time monitoring system of the gasfield gathering and transportation to offer auxiliary expert diagnosis analysis function for the pipeline network operation of gas gathering and transportation.Taking the actual production of Daniudi Gasfield gathering and transportation as an example,the paper carried out basic hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation,and normal working condition analysis for the natural gas peak shaving and the simulation analysis for user's gas interruption accident conditions.The results showed that the organic union of this simulation software and the real time monitoring system changed the status that predicting the operation of the natural gas gathering and transportation pipeline network and peak shaving were basically dependent on manual calculation and experience.Thus,the workload not only is reduced,but also the effectiveness of the predicted results is fundamentally promoted and the security risks in network operation management are excluded.The PIPELINE software can facilitate the management of the pipeline network operations and avoid the blindness of production scheduling,and this provides a theoretical expert guidance for the scientific management of gas transportation pipeline network.
