中亚食品车间节能减排措施

摘要 对中亚食品研发中心(有限公司)车间节能减排措施进行统计分析。统计结果显示,喷淋杀菌机冷却水的循环利用使工厂生产节约水160m3/班次,直接节约经费355.2元/班次;蔬菜罐头的清洗浸泡用水工艺经改良后,现在可以浸泡黄瓜7-8t,/m3;车间安装高压杀菌锅后,天然气的使用量由2000m3/d降至200m3/d,直接节约2754元/d;车间照明节能系统的整改大大降低了工厂的用电量;环保节能包装材料EVOH的应用降低了生产运输成本,又符合环保卫生。中亚食品企业车间节能减排措施显著提高企业系统能效。 The energy-saving and emission reduction measures in Central Asia food enterprise workshop are investigated. The results show that the recycling of spray sterihzing machine cooling water makes the factory save water 160 m3 each shift production, direct savings funds 355.2 Yuan/frequency. The soaked and cleaning process of canned vegetables which have been improvement can soak 7-8 t of cucumber per m3 of water now. After the installation of high pressure sterilization pot plant, the usage of natural gas from the 2 000 m3/d is down to 200 m3/d, directly saving 2 754 Yuan/d. The energy saving reform of workshop lighting system greatly reduces the power consumption of factories. The applications of energy saving environmental protection packaging materials EVOH reduce the cost of production and transportation, and meet the environmental protection health. The energy saving measures of Central Asian food enterprises workshop significantly improve efficiency of the system.
