摘要
分析了目前应用型大学食品类专业实验教学中存在的问题,基于应用型大学对人才培养的要求和目标,结合地区实际,从教学观念、教学模式、教学内容、方法和手段等方面对实验教学进行了改革和创新。
The problems existed in the food professional experimental teachings in applied university are analyzed. Based on the training target and requirements of applied university, and combining with the local conditions, the teaching concept, teaching model, teaching contents, methods and means of experimental teaching are reformed and innovated.
