摘要 结合笔者多年来从事食品专业实习基地建设及实习生指导工作,对如何建设好应用型食品营养与检测专业校外实习基地进行反思和总结,为了更好地开展实习指导工作,首先要构建应用型人才培养体系,并在大学生职业生涯规划教育中引入主人翁责任意识、员工诚信意识、创新意识、挫折应对能力等教育机制,帮助学生牢固树立服务社会、服务他人的人生价值观。实习期间需明确食品企业、实习生、学校三者之间的职责,实现互利共赢的目标。总结了在建设校外实习基地方面取得经验及在实施过程中的不足,对其他应用型专业也具有一定的借鉴参考价值。 This paper summarizes the experience of practice base construction of food profession and the guidance work of practical training, also summarizes how to build practice base construction of applied food profession. In order to better carry out the construction work, first construction of applied talent cultivation system, and introduction educational mechanisms of master sense of responsibility, staff awareness of integrity, innovative consciousness and frustration-coping ability in college student professional career planning education. Help to establish life values of social services and service to others. In order to achieve the goal of mutual benefit and win-win, it should make clear the responsibilities of food industry, students and the school. This paper also summarizes the experience and lessons of the construction of the practice base outside school, and provides the certain reference value on other applied professions.
