摘要 3PE防腐管道的现场补口质量是影响埋地管道整体防腐质量的重要环节,本文介绍了三种PE表面处理方法的试验及无溶剂液体环氧涂料补口的试验情况。试验表明,所介绍的表面处理方法及无溶剂液体环氧涂料补口技术很好地解决了补口涂层与PE材料的粘结问题,具有施工方便、施工效率高、防腐效果好的特点,具有较好的推广应用前景。 The field joint coating quality of 3LPE coated pipeline is an important link in the integral corrosion protection of the complete buried pipeline. The paper introduces the test of three treatment methods on the polyethylene surface and the test of solvent - free liquid epoxy field joint coating. The test result shows that the described surface treatment methods and the solvent -free liquid epoxy coating are good solution to improve the bonding between the field joint coating and the PE coating. It features a simple operation and high efficiency in construction, and a perfect corrosion resistance effect. The prospect of application is good and it is worthy to be popularized.
