摘要
法理学教学改革需要引入生成性教学理念,以法理学教学目标、教学内容和线性教学弊端作为分析维度,法理学之生成性教学具有不容争辩的价值。若要法理学生成性教学之价值得以实现,法理学教师综合素养的提升、弹性教学预设的开展、协商性教学管理的引入是不可或缺的基本条件。
The concept of generative teaching should be introduced into the teaching reform of jurisprudence course. Generative teaching is greatly valuable to jurisprudence course if analyzed from the perspectives of the teaching goals, course content and the malpractice of linear teaching. It is the improvement of the legal teachers' comprehensive qualities, the execution of elastic teaching design and consultative teaching management that constitute the basic implementation conditions to realize the value of generative teaching in jurisprudence course.
