摘要
传统文化具有巨大的社会价值和经济价值。我国传统文化资源丰富,但对传统文化的法律保护不尽合理,不够完善。文章探讨了传统文化保护的主要途径,同时围绕如何重塑知识产权体系和政府切实履行行政职能提出完善传统文化保护的建议。
Traditional culture has tremendous social and economic value. Chinese traditional culture is rich, but the protection of traditional culture is unreasonable. This article probes into the main approaches to the protection of traditional culture, at the same time proposes how to improve the protection of traditional culture, through analyzing how to improve intellectual property system and government＇s execution functions.
