对建设银行“客户评级覆盖率”指标的思考

摘要 建设银行要求除"速贷通"和"低风险业务"外的对公所有客户都必须进行客户评级。评级中存在的主要问题是推翻上调评级问题以及季末突击评级问题。应该通过建立经营条线和风险条线客户评级责任人制度、建立客户经理和风险经理AB角制度、建立客户评级到期提示制度、建立客户评级提前申报制度、建立客户评级失效与相关员工绩效工资考核分配制度等措施来完善"客户评级覆盖率"评级指标。 China Construction Bank requirements subject to "speed the loan link" and "low risk business" on the outside of all customers must be customer ratings. Rating problems was overturned in raising ratings and quarter blitz rating issues. Line through the establishment of business lines and risk the customer responsible for the rating system, the establishment of AB point system, account managers and risk managers to establish customer rating due prompting system, build customer ratings failure of advance reporting system, customer ratings and related employee pay-for-performance review measures to improve the distribution system "coverage customer rating" rating index.
