质量控制图在油库管理效益评价系统中的应用

Quality control chart in depot management effectiveness evaluation system

为了准确掌握油库管理效益的评价结果,受质量控制图原理启发,建立了一种系统控制图法,把对生产过程的质量控制转换为对模糊、抽象的油库管理效益系统的稳定性进行评价分析,从而减少外界因素的变化对管理效益评价结果的影响.通过采用单点分析法和链分析法对实例的应用,结果表明:利用系统控制图法进行管理决策,不仅科学合理,而且可以预知事故隐患,提高油库管理水平.

In order to accurately grasp the oil depot management effectiveness evaluation results, inspired by the quality control chart, a system control chart was established to analys the stability the stability of the oil depot evaluation with abstract management benefits, thereby reducing the external factors of change management effectiveness evaluation of the impact of the results. By using single point analysis and chain analysis on application, the results showed that the use of control chart method for management decision not only was scientific and reasonable, but also it could predict the potential accidents, and improve the level of management of oil depot.
