摘要
用DSC和TG-DTG研究了十氢十硼酸双四乙基铵([(C2H5)4N]2B10H10,BHN)的热行为,并分别用DSC法和真空安定性法考察了BHN与推进剂主要组分六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20)、3,4-二硝基呋咱基氧化呋咱(DNTF)、N-脒基脲二硝酰胺盐(FOX-12)、奥克托今(HMX)、端羟基叠氮聚醚(GAP)、黑索今(RDX)、高氯酸铵(AP)、3-硝基-1,2,4-三唑-5-酮铅(NTO-Pb)、端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)、癸二酸二异辛酯(DOS)、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、己二酸酮(AD-Cu)、Al粉和Mg粉的相容性。结果表明,BHN的热分解存在一个主放热峰,10℃.min-1时的分解峰温为305.8℃,其与CL-20、HMX、GAP、RDX、AP、NTO-Pb、HTPB、DOS、IPDI、AD-Cu、Al粉和Mg粉等均相容,可与上述材料混合应用于火炸药的制备,但与TDI混合有中等反应现象。
The thermal behaviors of tetraethylammonium dodecahydrododecaborates (BHN) were investigated by DSC and TG-DTG techniques. The compatibilities of BH N with 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane ( CL-20 ), 3,4-dinitrofurzanfuroxan ( DNTF ), N-guanylurea-dianitramide ( FOX-12 ), cyclotetramethylenetetranitroamine ( HMX ), glycidyl azide polymer (GAP) , cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine (RDX) , ammonium perchlorate ( AP), lead 3-nitro-1 , 2,4-triazol-5- onate(NTO-Pb) , hydroxyl terminated polybutediene ( HTPI3 ), di-2-ethylhexyl sebacate ( DOS ), 2,4-toluene diisocyanate ( TDI ) isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),cupric adipate(AD-Cu),AI powder and Mg powder were examined by DSC method as well as vacuum stability test. The results indicate that there is one main exothermic decomposition stage for BHN sample, the peak temperature is305.8℃ The compatibilities of BHN with CL-20,HMX,GAP,RDX,AP,NTO-Pb,HTPB,DOS,IPDI,AD-Cu,AI powder and Mg powder are fair. These materials mentioned above can be used as components in preparation of propellants and explosives,whereas,the compatibility of TDI with BHN is bad.
