陆地棉形态性状与纤维品质的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 为提高陆地棉品质育种效率,以21个陆地棉品种(系)为材料对其部分形态性状和纤维品质5项指标进行了测定,并对子叶和棉铃大小与纤维品质的相关性进行了研究。结果表明:大、小子叶长度、宽度和体积,都与纤维比强度有极显著或显著的正相关关系;大、小子叶长度、宽度,都与马克隆值呈负相关关系;大、小子叶的长度都与伸长率呈显著的负相关关系;小子叶的体积与伸长率呈极显著的负相关关系,而大子叶的体积则不存在显著的相关性;铃横径与纤维长度存在极显著的负相关关系,而铃形指数则与纤维长度、纤维强度存在显著的正相关关系。研究表明,在田间利用形态性状对陆地棉主要品质性状进行间接选择是可能的,也是有效的。 In order to improve the upland cotton quality breeding efficiency,parts of the morphological characters and five fiber quality traits of 21 upland cotton varieties(strains) were measured and the correlations between cotyledon,boll and fiber quality traits were studied.The results showed that there are significant positive correlations between the length,width and volume of large or small cotyledon and fiber strength;there are negative correlations between the length and width of large or small cotyledon and micron value;there are significant negative correlations between the length of large or small cotyledon and fiber elongation;there is a significant negative correlation between the volume of small cotyledon and fiber elongation,while no significant correlation between the volume of large cotyledon and fiber elongation;there is a significant negative correlation between the transverse diameter of cotton boll and fiber length;there are significant positive correlations between fiber length,fiber strength and the shape index of cotton boll.The research indicated that it is possible and effective to indirectly select main quality traits of upland cotton using morphological characters in the field.
