录返旋压机芯模数据的采集方法

能够实时地采集芯模数据是录返旋压机具有的重要特性。针对录返旋压机芯模数据的采集问题,提出基于电信号以及液压控制两种不同的方法,并进行试验研究,得到了采用液压控制的方法更加可靠、精确的结论,并将此法应用于批量生产试件,取得了实际有效的成果。

To collect the mould-data is the most important characteristic of the copy-return roll spinning machine. How to collect the mould-data, the thesis investigates two different methods, one is electric-control , the other is hydraulic-control. We conduct an experiment to compare the feasibility of two methods and educe the exactitude one. The result is the method which based on the hydraulic-control is the best one. It applied upon the copy-return roll spinning machine and obtained the effective production.
