高密度网眼孔板分段冲孔工艺及技术装备

摘要 针对高密度网眼孔板加工中网眼密度大、原设备丝杠不够长的难题,采用套冲工艺,克服了冲头布局、固定的困难;设计了简单的专用工装,在原设备上加装定、滑尺机构,采用重复定位、分段冲孔的工艺,使原设备冲孔行程增大一倍,顺利解决了加工难题,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。 According to the problem of high-density mesh of plate mesh and the device screw is not long enough for the original equipment in the process of high-density mesh plate, used the set of drawing process to o- vercome the problems of lying out and fixing for punch, designed a simple special tooling, installed a fixed and slide mechanism in the original equipment set, and used the process of repeated positioning and punching holes by several divisions, which made the punch stroke of original equipment increase to double, which successfully solved the processing problems and created good economic benefits.
