碳排放约束下企业制造/再制造生产决策研究 被引量:17

摘要 集成考虑成本和碳排放,利用优化决策方法,构建企业制造/再制造生产决策模型,结合英国建筑用钢铁回收再制造示例,详细分析不同政策场景下企业制造/再制造生产决策的异同,重点分析了碳税、碳排放限额等碳排放约束政策对企业制造/再制造生产决策的影响。结果表明,碳排放政策能显著影响企业制造/再制造生产决策,但碳税在很大程度上增加了企业成本,对于推动企业选择低碳再制造技术的引导作用不明显。碳限额政策可以较好地引导企业选择低碳排放的制造/再制造技术,但需要设置合理的企业碳排放限额。
