摘要
在梳理了国内外关于(校企)知识转移的情景因素、存在的渠道以及模式文献的基础上,归纳出6类情景因素、22个转移渠道和3种模式,并尝试构建"情景-渠道-模式"的校企知识转移模式的选择路径,以及存在其中的"情景-渠道"、"渠道-模式"二级映射关系,以此理清三者之间的关系。研究得出,校企知识转移过程是一个多渠道、多模式并存的复杂过程,为解开校企知识转移的模式"黑箱",更好地为分析校企知识转移机理提供理论参考。
By distinguishing the context, channels and patterns of university industry knowledge transferring, summarize the existing affecting 6 external context factors, 22 channels and the 3 patterns. Based on these, it is constructed the knowledge transfer path of choosing patterns with the "context channels patterns" manner and two level mappings of "context channels" and "channels patterns", try clarifing the relationship between them. But the analysis result shows that the process is sophisticated. The analysis result is benefit to provide the references for patterns category standard and further improving the study about the mechanism and opening the patterns' "black box" of university industry knowledge transferring.
