摘要 文章采用有限元热应力分析来计算DN1400氧化炉上段筒体结构,由于在氧化炉中热应力场和结构变形是单向耦合的,采用间接法对热载下管路和端板进行了静强度分析。数值结果表明,在端板和管路连接处存在可能达到材料屈服应力的最大值,这和生产厂家遇到的情况十分吻合。该方法对预报热力容器的失效位置非常有用,而且有助于在产品设计和改进时提供有益的依据和建议。 Thermal-stress analysis in finite element method (FEM) is used in this paper to calculate the upper cylindrical shell structure of DN1400 calcar.Due to one way coupling between the thermal field and structural deformations in the calcar, static intensity analysis for the pipes and the bulkheads under thermal loadings is performed using the indirect method.Numerical results show that at the junctions between the pipes and the bulkheads, there exist the maximum stresses that may reach the yield stress of the material and this conclusion is well coincident to the cases met by the manufacturer.This method is very useful for predictions of the failure loacations of thermal vessel.Moreover, it can help to present beneficial arguments and suggestions for production design and improvement.
