摘要 针对高压开关设计中掣子扭簧的设计,建立了弹簧操作机构的运动学模型,在Solid edge中建立仿真模型;在Adams中建立虚拟样机并进行运动学仿真,对掣子扭簧参数进行优化,提出了一种对高压开关进行虚拟设计的有效方法。 This paper established a kinematic model of spring operating mechanism of high voltage switch in order to solve the problems in torsion spring of pawl,and created spring operating mechanism with Solid edge software. Based on virtual prototype technology,the kinematic behavior of spring operating mechanism was simulated with Adams software and the torsion spring of pawl was optimized.This research is expected to supply a new method for virtual design of high voltage switch.
