摘要
SF6气体在设备发生绝缘故障时,可生成SO2、H2S等分解产物。随着检测技术的发展,可将此类分解产物作为故障诊断的特征气体。笔者首先介绍了SF6分解物生成的相关机理和研究现状,回顾了分解物的测试技术以及设备故障诊断模型,进而分析了该技术目前存在的主要问题。通过SF6分解物检测技术,确认了2台500 kV SF6 CT内部绝缘故障,为设备故障诊断提供了有效的检测手段。
Decomposition products,such as SO2 and H2S,will appear when an insulation fault occurs in SF6 equipment,which can be taken as characteristic gases for diagnosing insulation fault. This paper introdueeds the generating mechanism of the decomposition products and the recent researches,reviews the relative detection technique and the fault diagnosis models, and analyses the main shortcomings of the detection technique. Subsequently, the insulation faults inside two 500 kV SF6 'CT equipments are discovered with the detection technique of SF6 decomposition products.
