摘要
高压开关设备配用的机构(箱)、控制柜等箱柜体在现场运行几年后局部出现锈蚀现象是常见的一种缺陷,其原因之一是此类部件边缘棱角结构不良,影响其油漆或其他防腐膜层的质量。以往的处理方法是在现场进行局部油漆修补,而这种方法并没有从根本上解决问题,仍会周期性的重复发生。针对这一问题,笔者分析了锈蚀的原因,通过各种试验进行了验证,继而提出了改进箱柜体类零部件边缘棱角结构、涂装方法来针对性的解决方法,并验证了其可行性。
High-voltage switch cabinets are often locally corroded at edges after several years of usage because of imperfect structure of the edges, which impairs the quality of paint or coating for corrosion protection. In this paper, the cause of the corrosion is analyze and verified via test, and some countermeasures for improving the structure of edges of a high-voltage switch cabinet and the painting methods are offered. The feasibility of the countermeasures are verified.
