摘要
高等教育发展进入规模阶段后,教育资源配置和外部能量供应成为教育个体生存、发展和在竞争中优先进化的重要元素,因此必须走生态发展之路。高等教育的生态发展基于生态本性理论和生态危机理论,通过调整高等教育的生态结构,合理排列高等教育生态位实现生态平衡,并在教育生态理念的引导下,按照趋同性与差异性兼容、系统与局部兼容的原则构建高等教育的生态体系,实现高等教育的可持续发展。
With the scale development of higher education, educational resources allocation and external energy supply have become an important element in the survival, development and competition of educational individuals. Based on ecological nature theory and ecological crisis theory, the ecological development of higher education is aimed to realize ecological balance through ecological structure adjustment and reasonable niche arrangement of higher education. Higher educational ecological system is therefore constructed in accordance with the idea ofeducational ecology, by combining convergence and differentiation, as well as system and locality, in order to realize sustainable development of higher education.
