摘要
在船用凝汽式汽轮机凝水系统的设计与调试中,为防止凝水泵出现汽蚀,通常需要对凝水系统压力进行调整。为实现凝水系统压力的在线便捷调节,稳定凝水泵出口扬程及流量,设计了凝水压力控制阀。该阀采用二级节流的结构形式,可通过调整阀开度改变节流效果。通过公式计算得到了不同开度下凝水压力控制阀的调节性能,根据计算结果,控制阀满足设计要求。采用CFD流体计算软件对凝水压力控制阀进行三维数值模拟,验证计算的准确性。
In the design and debugging of condensate water system in marine condensing steam turbine,for preventing the cavitation of condensate pump,the pressure of condensate line always need be adjusted.In order to adjust the pressure on-line and convenient,stabilitate the head and flux on the outlet of condensate pump,the condensate pressure control valve was designed.The control valve uses the structure of two throttle windows,and which can change the throttle effect by tuning the lift of valve.The adjusting performance of the condensate pressure control valve under different lift was obtained by formula calculation,which showed that the performance can meet the request of design.Through the numerical simulation of valve by CFD software,exactness of compute result was indicated.
