随着信息化、网络化的逐步推进,广大读者对文献信息需求日趋多样化,越来越多的人意识到图书馆新职能和深层次的服务方式所带来的方便快捷。"十二五"时期高校图书馆要敢于打破原有的管理模式,在思想上树立"一切为了读者"的服务意识,推行以服务为核心的管理创新,提升管理理念,提高工作效率。
