摘要
根据我国建筑行业的规定,分析装饰瓷砖在使用时需倒出45°棱角的必要性和倒角过程中遇到的困难,设计了一可实现半自动化的瓷砖倒棱专用机械,包括提出了倒棱机的总体设计思想,描述了机器的工作原理及其重要参数切削力的计算。最后简单介绍利用Pro/Engineer进行机械设计、动态仿真的方法以及应注意的问题。
According to the provisions of China' s construction industry, the necessity of pouring out 45 ° angle when the decorative tiles to be used and the difficulties encountered in the process, the design can achieve a semi-automated as a tile chamfering special machinery. This article proposes the overall design of the chamfering machine, describes the working principle of the machine, and the calculation of the cutting force as one of the important parameters. Finally, it introduces the use of Pro / Engineer mechanical design, dynamic simulation methods and should pay attention to the questions.
