摘要
随着我国信息化的全面发展,人事档案管理信息化已经成为档案事业发展的必经之路。通过分析人事档案管理信息化建设过程中存在的问题,从人事档案信息化管理机制、数据库建设、信息安全性与人才机制建设四个方面提出建议,对人事档案管理信息化发展的意义重大。
With the comprehensive development of information in China, personnel archives management information has become the only way which must be passed by the development of archival undertaking. Through the analysis of the problems of personnel archives information management in the process of construction, this paper puts forward the suggestion about the personnel archives information management system, database construction, information security and talent mechanism building. It is significant to the development of personnel archives manazement information.
