大连市西岗区1985～1988年恶性肿瘤生存期分析

The Survival Time from Diagnosis to Death for Cases of Cancer Death in Xigang District of Dalian City,1985—1988

本文分析了大连市西岗区1985～1988年恶性肿瘤病人从确诊至死亡的平均生存期。分析结果表明,其平均生存期为8.10个月,一年生存率为18.23％,反映出多数病例被报告时已是晚期。几年来,恶性肿瘤死亡均为本区各类死因第一位。因此应积极采取措施早期发现。

This paper analyzed the survival time elapsed from diagosis to death for 943 cases of cancer death in Xigang District of Dalian City in 1985～1988.The results revealed the survival time elpsed from diagnosis to death averaged only 8.10 months and 1year survival rate was 18.23％. most of the patients had already been in the advanced stage of their malignancies when they were reported. Since cancer death has become the leading cause of mortality in recent years in the District, effective measures for early detection of cancer should be adopted.
