促进空中乘务专业学生岗位职业能力培养的探索

Exploration on Promoting Air Attendant Students’ Post Vocational Ability

根据行业需求,在明晰空中乘务专业人才培养目标的基础上,结合该专业主要就业岗位重点分析了空中乘务人员岗位知识能力要求,根据我院教学实践经验分别从"民航基础知识"、"旅客服务素养专项技能训练"两个层面,提出了促进空中乘务专业学生岗位职业能力培养的教学方法。

According to flight service demand, this article clears the training goals of the air attendant professional talents. Combined with the main professional posts, air attendant post knowledge ability requirements are analyzed. Based on the real teaching experience of GCAC, the teaching methods to improve the post vocational abilities of the cabin crew students are put forward respectively on the two aspects of civil aviation basic knowledge and passenger service quality and special skills training.
