各地(市)气象局已建成了连接其下属县局和政府有关部门的网络,并通过DDN专线或ADSL等方式实现了与互联网的连接。利用已有网络,可实现气象信息的网上发布和浏览,了解详尽的气象资料和气象服务信息,从而提高服务的效率。通过模块集成,设计了集历史资料查询、数据分析、预报产品生成、灾害自动预警、信息分发与反馈等功能于一体的方便、实用的气象服务业务系统。

The network that connect its subordinate county bureau and of relevant government departments was built by local （city） bureau of meteorology, and was connected to the interact through the DDN line or ADSL. Used the existing network, the meteorological information publish and brows in web were realized, weather information and meteorological service information were detailed, and the service efficiency was improved. Through the integrated module, convenient and practical meteorological service system was designed, which integrated historical data query, data analysis, forecast product generation, automatic warning, disaster information dissemination and feedback, and other functions.
