摘要
通过分析700MW机组磨煤机运行情况,介绍了中速磨煤机运行中常见故障的现象、原因分析、处理方法和预防措施。并通过实施相应改进的措施,降低了设备故障率,提高了锅炉制粉系统运行的安全性、可靠性。
The operation of medium speed mill in 700 MW unit was analyzed, the phenomenon, causes, countermeasures and preventive measures of ordinary faults in medium speed mill running were introduced. Through the improvement of corresponding measures, equipment failure rate was reduced, and operation security and reliability of the boiler coal pulverizing system were enhanced.
