摘要
在生活垃圾焚烧中,灰渣热灼减率的控制是非常重要的。焚烧炉灰渣的热灼减率反映了垃圾的焚烧效果,对灰渣热灼减率的控制,可降低垃圾焚烧的机械未燃烧损失,提高燃烧的热效率,同时减少了垃圾残渣量,提高垃圾焚烧后的减容量;灰渣热灼减率可以通过焚烧炉炉排的调节,垃圾的特性及合理配风来控制。针对重庆同兴垃圾发电厂焚烧炉的灰渣热灼减率控制进行介绍。
The control of slag burning reduction rate of incineration in garbage power plant in Tongxing, Chongqing is discussed. Control of slag burning reduction rate is very important in municipal waste incineration. The slag burning reduction rate is not only the basis in judging whether the burning is normal or not in incineration, but also the basis in calculating the completely burning status. The slag burning reduction rate can be controlled by regulating the air volume and grate velocity.
