摘要
以水冷壁吊杆吊环断裂事故的取样为依据,对其化学成分、断口宏观、微观组织以及受力进行分析;同时,根据事故发生现场描述,找出运行、安装、制造方面的问题,确定了发生事故的主要原因,提出安装、制造注意事项,以防后患。
Based on the boom rings breakage of the water wall, the chemical composition, macro-fracture, microstructure and stress were analyzed, the running, installation and the manufacturing cases were found according to the accident scene, the main reason for the accident was determined. At last, the installing and manufacturing notes were advanced to prevent similar accident.
