中国足球职业化历程已经走过了17年,取得了初步成效,但在管理体制、运行机制和法规制度、训练科学化、思想教育等方面遇到了不少问题。广州恒大足球俱乐部提前四轮夺冠中超职业联赛,给中国足球职业联赛注入了新的活力。严谨科学的管理制度,赋予奖励更多的内涵,成功引援,以先进的足球理念指导训练,是广州恒大足球俱乐部夺冠的成功经验。
The professionalism of the Chinese football has been carried out for seventeen years. While achievements have been made, problems exist in management system, operation system, legal system, scientific training and mor- al education. Guangzhou Hengda Football Club won the China Football Super League four rounds before what was scheduled. Its winning came from its scientific management system, reasonable motivation system, successful intro- duction of foreign aid and advanced training methods.
