In an open economy,import and FDI is an important channel to obtain technological advance,so to probe into relationship between indigenous innovation,import and FDI will help us understand the sustainable development of Chinese economy from the angle of inner mechanism and outer motivation.As a subsystem of China＇s macro economic system,national innovation model zones are also open systems.So suggestions are advanced concerning the policies of constructing national innovation model zones after an analysis of the dynamic relations between indigenous innovation,import and FDI from the national macro economic level.
