摘要
大学生村官工作满意度对其工作积极性与绩效有直接影响。目前江苏省大学生村官整体工作满意度不高,尤其对报酬福利、个人成长方面满意度偏低;此外,不同性别、年龄、工作地区、工作年限、教育背景的大学生村官在工作满意度方面有不同程度的差异。因此,应有针对性地建立大学生村官激励机制,提高其工作满意度,进而为新农村建设留住人才。
College-graduate village officials' job satisfaction has a direct influence on their motivation and job performance.At present,their overall job satisfaction is not high,especially with respect to welfare and career development.Besides,this satisfaction varies with sex,age,location,duration,and educational background.So incentive mechanism should be instituted to raise these officials' job satisfaction so as to encourage able people to construct the New Countryside.
