Catalytic Synthesis of Sec-butyl Acetate by Y-β Composite Zeolite Supported Phosphotungstic Acid

摘要 以乙酸酐与仲丁醇为原料,Y-β复合分子筛负载磷钨酸(H3PWl2O40/Y-β)为催化剂,使其发生酰化反应合成乙酸仲丁酯,考察了催化剂用量、反应时间、酐醇摩尔比对乙酸仲丁酯产率的影响。结果表明,Y-β复合分子筛负载磷钨酸催化活性良好,当乙酸酐的加入量为0.1 mol,醇酐摩尔比为1.2时,使用0.75 g催化剂,反应30 min后,乙酸仲丁酯收率可达到94.5%,且催化剂重复使用5次仍保持活性良好。产品经折光率和红外光谱进行了表征。 Using Y-β composite zeolite supported phosphotungstic acid(H3PWl2O40/Y-β) as catalyst,sec-butyl acetate was synthesized from acetic anhydride and sec-butanol.The effect of catalyst dosage,reaction time and ratio of sec-butanol to acetic anhydride on the yield of sec-butyl acetate was carefully studied.The results show that Y-β composite zeolite supported phosphotungstic acid has good catalytic activity;the best reaction conditions are as follows: when amount of acetic anhydride is 0.1 mol,ratio of sec-butanol to acetic anhydride is 1.2,the catalyst dosage is 0.75 g,reaction time is 30 min,the yield of sec-butyl acetate can reach 94.5 %.The catalyst can be reused for 5 times without obvious loss of its activity.The product was characterized by refractive index and IR.
