石蜡加氢FV-20催化剂实现异地利旧

Application of Old Wax Hydrofining FV-20 catalyst in Other Place

中国石油抚顺石化公司石油二厂石蜡加氢精制装置为原石油一厂新区中压石蜡加氢装置,使用的催化剂为FV-20石蜡加氢催化剂。2008年11月至2010年12月份该装置整体搬迁至石油二厂,已经使用半年的催化剂经过采用无氧卸、筛、储、装4个过程,未经再生利旧使用。

The wax hydrofining plant in Fushun petrochemical company No.2 refinery is original medium-pressure wax hydrofining plant in the new part of No.1 refinery, whose catalyst is FV-20 wax hydrofining catalyst. The plant was integrally moved to No.2 refinery from November, 2008 to December, 2010. The catalyst without regeneration has been used for half year through 4 steps of oxygen-free discharge, sieving, storage and loading.
