摘要
由于我国大部分铝土矿为一水硬铝石,目前我国大部分氧化铝生产为拜耳法,而如何降低单位生产成本是决定企业效益的最关键因素,在氧化铝生产过程中,随着能源价格的上涨,能耗所占生产成本的比例也越来越大,针对目前国内企业生产情况来说,节能方面还是有较大的提升空间。在项目的设计、系统参数的确定以及主要生产工序流程的选取及生产的指标优化这几个方面,探讨采用先进恰当的技术,强化节能意识,使氧化铝产品的能耗降低到国际先进水平。
As most bauxite in China is diaspore, now most alumina production methods in our county are Bayer method, and how to reduce the production cost is the most critical factor to determine the enterprise benefit, in the alumina production process, with energy price rising, the energy cost proportion of the production cost is also growing. Aiming at the current situation of domestic production, energy efficiency is still greater room for improvement. From these aspects of project design, determination of the system parameters and selecting of main production processes and optimization of production indicators, how to reduce energy consumption of the aluminum production to the international advanced level by applying appropriate and advanced technology and strengthening the awareness of energy conservation was discussed.
