摘要 多层共挤流涎膜机组是由定比分配上料、挤出、流涎、电晕、摆幅、三道恒张力控制牵引、自动计量长度、高速自动断膜、自动收卷、自动翻转换卷装置等组成。整机用PLC实时监控、实现人机界面对话,中文彩色触摸屏、实现了数字化全自动控制。生产出来的膜的质量比传统工艺的吹膜要好的多。产出的膜柔软性好、密封性好、透明度好、热变形小,极端误差小等特点,同时可降低生产成本,成品膜有显著的性能价格优势,因此,有很强的市场竞争力。设备模块化组合可最大限度地满足客户生产不同品种膜的需求。本机组为目前国内同类设备中比是最高速,生产能力大幅度提高,有效降低了生产成本的高新机电一体产品。 The multi-layer co-extruded salivation film unit includes feed distribution by fixed ratio, extrusion, salivation, corona, swing, three constant tension control traction, and automatic measurement of length, high-speed auto-off film, automatic winding, automatic turn convert volumes devices and other components. PLC real-time monitoring of the machine with man-machine interface dialogue can be realized by the Chinese color touch screen and digital automatic control. The quality of the films produced by the unit is much better than that by traditional craft of blown film. The membrane produced by the unit is softness, good sealing, transparency, little thermal deformation, small extreme error, while the production cost is decreased, the finished film has significant performance and price advantage, strong market competitiveness. Modular portfolio of equipments can meet customer demand for different varieties of film.
